Restoring Minds’ uses a restorative approach to combine the latest findings from the fields of  Neuroscience and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy to enable participants to explore, understand and manage emotions that impact on health and wellbeing.

The programme consists of six 2.5 hour sessions using a relational approach, working with individuals to understand metacognitive processes; and apply self-management techniques, promoting healthier lifestyles.
