A RESTORATIVE PROGRAMME FOR THE WORKPLACE

Toolbox is a Restorative Intervention focusing on Life Skills required  for a successful and productive  workplace; and the barriers to achieving success.

“Empathy represents the foundation skill for all the social competencies important for work ”. Daniel Coleman

The programme consists of 6 trauma informed workshops using a relational approach, working with individuals to  understand and develop the skills required for a healthy workplace.

Toolbox uses a strengths-based approach to explore what constitutes success in the workplace and personal responsibility. It examines issues such as thinking skills, emotional management, conflict management, problem solving, communication and
relationships in the workplace.
